Open WorldWeb Studio

Marketplace of real case studies

docase.ru

A platform where a specialist packages their experience into a structured case study with stages, timelines and pricing, and the buyer gets a ready-made solution instead of commissioning development from scratch. Around the marketplace sits an order tracker: tasks, technical specs, contracts, invoices and messaging.

Under development by the studio, preparing to launch.

What is inside

  • Case study catalogue and author storefronts
  • Personal dashboards with roles and access rights
  • Task boards with specs, stages and sign-off by both sides
  • Real-time chat and notifications
  • Contracts, invoices and payment tracking
  • AI assistant that helps you shape a case study
  • Multiple marketplaces and interface languages

How it is built

Modular server: every part of the product is a separate module with its own routes, a shared database and access rules. Permissions are granted not by role in bulk, but per action — who can see or change what. Permission, secret and dependency checks, tests and builds all run before every release; deployment to the server is manual only.

  • React
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Docker
  • VDS Timeweb
  • GitHub Actions

What the client gets

  • Dashboards and access control — a standard problem we have already solved
  • Online payments verified against the provider's API, not the browser's response
  • Real-time chat and notifications with no page reloads
  • Launch on a single server with a clear path to scale as load grows

What we show on the demo

  • Case study catalogue with search and filters
  • Sign-in via Yandex, VK and other options
  • Task board with spec, contract and payment
  • Real-time chat and notifications

How the work is organized

  • Tasks are cut into short increments with acceptance at each step
  • Every feature is covered by a test first
  • A release does not ship until the checks are green
  • Rollback is a single command

How we work. Developers and AI agents work together on our projects: agents take the routine — breaking down the task, coding, checks, drafting copy — while decisions and accountability stay with a human. That is why we take on tasks that usually scare studios, faster and with less stress.
